A lot of three Wound Badges, including one Black Grade, constructed of blackened magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with central crossed swords overlaid by a Stahlhelm, on a hollow background, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 40.14 mm (w) x 44.34 mm (h), weighing 9.4 grams, minor oxidation evident, in overall better than very fine condition; one Silver Grade, constructed of polished magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central Stahlelm on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 38.82 mm (w) x 43.56 mm (h), weighing 12.7 grams, in near extremely fine condition, and; one Gold Grade, constructed of gilded magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central Stahlhelm on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 39.50 mm (w) x 43.62 mm (h), weighing 13.3 grams, some loss of gilt evident, in overall very fine condition.
