In bronze, impressed "9404820 RFN TULA RAM RAI LIMBU II.G.R." on the reverse, with "RAI" stroked out, measuring 39 mm (w) x 37.5 mm (h), very light contact, soiled original ribbon of the Samar Seva Star in place of the regular ribbon for the Poorvi Star, near extremely fine.
Footnote: The Poorvi Star was instituted shortly after the war with Pakistan that took place from December 3 to 16, 1971 and was awarded for active service on the front with eastern Pakistan, Poorvi being the Hindi word for "Eastern".
