A Wehrmacht vehicle identification flag, constructed of red cotton twill, one side bearing a white cotton disk 65.5 cm in diameter and affixed to the flag with a row of machine stitching around the exterior, dyed with a central Balkenkreuz (Balkan Cross), the interior edge has dual bronzed magnetic metal grommets for suspension, the flag is unmarked and measures 89 cm (h) x 183 mm (h), significant mothing and material fatigue indicative of field use is evident, in overall very fine condition.
