Germany, Third Reich. An Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, with Award Document to Otto Findeisen

(Ehrenkreuz des Weltkriegs 1914/1918 mit Verleihungsurkunde). Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse with central wreathed dates “1914-1918”, with crossed swords through the centerpiece, the reverse marked “G18”, measuring 37.40 mm (w) x 42.28 mm (h), weighing 13.7 grams, accompanied by its award document, constructed of off-white paper with black ink, named to “OTTO FINDEISEN” of Grünhainichen, issued on 1 June 1935, measuring 210 mm (w) x 148 mm (h), in overall extremely fine condition.
