A lot of three medals and badges, including a West Wall Medal, constructed of bronze zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, the obverse with a pillbox topped by a crossed sword and shovel and a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with an inscription of “FÜR ARBEIT ZUM SCHUTZE DEUTSCHLANDS” (“FOR WORK IN THE DEFENCE OF GERMANY”), unmarked, measuring 33.35 mm (w) x 45.54 mm (h), weighing 15.2 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in better than very fine condition; an Eastern Peoples Medal, II Class, constructed of zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of an eight-pointed radiant star, with a central raised rosette within a laurel wreath, unmarked, measuring 40.25 mm (w) x 45.65 mm (h), weighing 14,8 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition, and; an Honour Cross of the German Mother, Bronze Grade, constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Latin Cross, the obverse with blue and white enameled arms, with a central white enameled disc bearing a black swastika, circumscribed by a raised inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse with an etched institution date of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and a signature of the Führer, unmarked, measuring 34.97 mm (w) x 45.19 mm (h), weighing 11.7 grams (inclusive of ribbon), loss of bronze finish and chipping of enamels evident, in overall very fine condition.
