Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, with a central raised depiction of the Waterloo Column, the reverse with dates “26. MÄRZ 1813 - 26 MÄRZ 1913”, above a flag and laurel wreath, unmarked, measuring 39.36 mm in diameter, weighing 33.2 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
