The table medal and lapel badge accompanied by their Award Document (composed of an insert printed in blue ink, with inscriptions in Ukrainian on the left inside panel and in Russian on the right inside panel, named to "Ivan Nikitovich Kozhedub" in black text, the insert placed with a four-colour folder, the front cover with an illustration of the table medal backed by a ribbon of the Medal for the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War on the lefts side, the flag of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic fronting a branch of laurel leaves at the lower right, measuring 175 mm (w) x 230 mm (h)); with all three items enclosed in a presentation box, the cover bearing the image of the badge in gold-coloured ink at the upper left, measuring 182 mm (w) x 245 mm (h) x 30 mm (d), exhibiting light wear and a few tears on the exterior of both the cover and base.
