Bulgaria, Kingdom. A Medal for Merit, II Class Silver Grade, c.1910

Instituted in 1881. Type V (Tsar Ferdinand I, 1908-1918). In silver, measuring 27.5 mm in diameter, replacement triangular ribbon with hook and eye, extremely fine. In its box of issue, marked with the Imperial Crown and inscribed in Bulgarian "СРЕБЪРЕНЪ МЕДАПЬ" on the lid, black felt medal bed, missing two side panels on the lid, scuffed on the exterior, box near fine.
