Germany, Luftwaffe. A Marksmanship Lanyard

(Luftwaffe Schützenschnur). Constructed of aluminum, consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a central Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika on a hollow background, the reverse with all four attachment prongs intact, affixed to a lanyard constructed of multiple rows of silver aluminum wire and dark grey threading, completing at each end in a loop, the insignia measuring 41.84 mmm (w) x 49.79 mm (h), the lanyard measuring 460 mm in length, some fading evident to the threading, in overall near extremely fine condition.
