A Horse Breeding Merit Medal by Willidbald Fritsch, a circular medal constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse bears a man riding a horse facing left with a rising sun in the lower background, a solid line separates the horse from the bottom which is maker marked with “WIILIDBALD FRITSCH 1930”, the reverse is inscribed with “25 REICHS VERBAND FUR ZUCHT UND PRUF UNG DEUTSCHEN WARMBLUTS 1905 - 1930” (25 REICHS JOINED FOR BREEDING AND TESTING GERMAN WARMBLOODS 1905 -1930) encompassed by a patterned border, measuring 54.99 mm, weighing 57 g, very fine; (Züchter Leistungsmedaille). A German Reich Association of German Goat Breeding Table medal, c. 1920, a circular bronze medal with “REICHSVERBAND DEUTSCHER ZIEGENZUCHT VEREINIGUNG” (REICH ASSOCIATION OF GERMAN GOAT BREEDING ASSOCIATION) written in fraktur script on the obverse, the reverse depicts a right-facing goat with a laurel on the left with “Dem Verdienfe” (The Merit) written in fraktur script on the right, marked Oertel, Berlin on reverse, measuring 39.42 mm, weighing 25.9 g, very fine.
