Norway, Kingdom. A King Haakon VII and Queen Maud Coronation Medal 1906, I Class Silver Grade Medal

(Haakon VIIs och drottning Mauds Kroningsmedalje). Instituted in 1906. In silver, engraver marked "THRONDSEN SC." on the obverse, measuring 29.3 mm (w) x 49.5 mm (h), the medal having been taken off its original ring suspension, with a horizontal pinback soldered in place on the reverse, contact marks, fine.
