A pair of HJ Proficiency Badges, including an Iron Grade award, constructed of blackened aluminum, the obverse consisting of a Tyr rune, overlaid by a mobile swastika, within a ring bearing an inscription of “FÜR LEISTUNGEN IN DER H.J.” (“FOR MERIT IN THE H.J.”), the reverse with a vertical pinback, bearing a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M1/101” for Gustav Brehmer, Markneukirchen, measuring 30.82 mm (w) x 51.64 mm (h), weighing 8.2 grams, some loss of finish evident, in overall very fine condition, and; a Silver Grade award, constructed of aluminum, of identical composition, the reverse with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M1/35” for Wächtler & Lange, Mittweida, engraved with an issue number of “179691”, measuring 30.75 mm (w) x 51.62 mm (h), weighign 7.9 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
