(Kriminalpolizei Erkennungsmarke). Constructed of bronze, the obverse bearing a raised German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with a raised inscription of “STAATLICHE KRIMINALPOLIZEI” (“STATE CRIMINAL POLICE”), with an issue number of “5055”, with a single suspension hole, unmarked, measuring 51 mm (w) x 37 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
