(Coerpo de Vigilancia). Multi-piece construction, shield insignia in silver with a green felt field, with three silver gilt icons placed upon it, red felt in the voided areas of the crown surmounting the shield, mounted to a circular silver base with eighteen arms emanating from the centre, each of the arms with three rays, number impressed "647" on the reverse, measuring 68 mm in diameter, light wear and soiling on the red and green felts, spotting present on both sides, greening and sticker residue evident on the reverse, very fine.

 

Footnote: The Commissioner's Surveillance Corps Breast Star was issued from 1908 to 1923, which was during the reign of King Alfonso XIII, with this version of the award created in 1920. It was issued as a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Class award, the number on the reverse corresponding to the commissioner it was awarded to.
