(Heer Gürtel). An Imperial German Army EM/NCO’s belt and buckle, the former constructed of blackened leather, one end completing with an integrated magnetic metal clasp, the opposite end featuring an interior leather tongue bearing nine rows of dual eyelets for adjustable wear, unmarked, measuring 42 mm (w) x 995 mm (l), with age-appropriate material fatigue evident, in overall very fine condition, accompanied by a buckle, constructed of bronze with partial silvering, the obverse bearing a central raised crown, within a ribbed wing bearing a raised inscription of “GOTT MIT UNS” (“GOD IS WITH US”), the reverse with dual attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in better than very fine condition.
