Constructed of gilded bronze, a crowned eagle with outstretched wings, the cipher “FR” lays in the centre of its chest and a banner inscribed with “MIT GOTT FÜR KOENIG UND VATERLAND” (WITH GOD FOR KING AND FATHERLAND) lays across the entire body, the left talon clutches a sceptre and the right clutches a globus cruciger, the reverse is missing its two attachment prongs, measuring 112.20 mm (w) x 105 mm (h), very fine.
