Netherlands, NSB. A Dutch National-Socialist Movement Kerst-Marsch Commemoration Medal, c.1937

A Maltese cross paty constructed of bronze, the obverse centre bears the Netherlands lion, the 12 o’clock arm is inscribed with “KERST-MARSCH” (CHRISTMAS MARCH), the 9 o’clock arm inscribed with “W”, the 3 o’clock arm inscribed with “A” and the 6 o’clock arm inscribed with “G 1937”, the reverse is plain, measuring 42.41 mm (w) x 44.70 mm (h), with suspension ring on black and red ribbon, very fine.
