Germany, Third Reich. A German Olympic Decoration Medallion

(Deutsche Olympia-Erinnerungsmünze). Constructed of bronze, the obverse with an Olympic column topped by rings, overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by a date of “1936”, the reverse with an inscription of “FÜR VERDIENSTVOLLE MITARBEIT BEI DEN OLYMPISCHEN SPIELEN 1936”, above oak leaf branches, unmarked, measuring 36.63 mm in diameter, weighing 17.5 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
