(Pelzmütze Bandeau). Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a banner bearing a raised inscription of “MITT GOTT FÜR KÖNIG UND VATERLAND” (“WITH GOD FOR KING AND FATHERLAND”), the reverse with three attachment loops, unmarked, measuring 166 mm (w) x 68 mm (h), oxidation of the metal and evidence of repair to two of the three attachment loops apparent, in overall better than very fine condition.
