Constructed of dark-grey wool, the obverse bearing a central machine-embroidered Croatian coat of arms flanked by silver-grey wings, topped by a machine-embroidered Ustaše insignia, unmarked, measuring 100 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
