A circular medal constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse centre bears a right-facing tank circumscribed with “Victory is Given by God”, above is the coat of arms for Yemen (a left facing eagle with a shield that depicts a coffee plant and the Marib Dam on its chest, clutching a scroll in its claws that inscribed with “الجمهورية اليمنية” (The Yemeni Republic), to the left and right of the eagle are flagstaffs with the flag of Yemen), the reverse is plain and bears an integral ring, with suspension ring on a red . blue, white and black striped ribbon, very fine.
