Philippines, Republic. A Civil Presidential Citation for Outstanding Service to Philippine Democracy, by Angel Zamora & Sons, c.1990

Pre 2003 Issued. An extremely rare triangle-shaped striped figure, displaying three flying birds in gilt in the quadrants, the obverse featuring an enameled blue and red Philipine coat of arms, encircled by an enameled green laurel wreath, plain reverse inscribed PRESIDENTIAL CITATION FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO PHILIPPINE DEMOCRACY, along with maker’s mark "A. ZAMORA & SONS" (Angel Zamora & Sons), measuring 74.17 mm (w) x 79.32 mm (h), suspended by original full-length neck ribbon with hook and catch at the ends, accompanied by original ribbon bar with dual push pins, light contact, extremely fine.

Footnote: The above-mentioned civilian award ceased to exist in 2003, but it shall remain extant during the lifetime of the last holder of the award, and the holders shall continue to enjoy the rights and privileges thereof.
