An ovular badge constructed of bronze, the obverse bears multi-coloured enamels of two coat of arms and the inscription “AUS NOT UND TOD ZU SIEG UND FRIED” (THROUGH WORK TO VICTORY THROUGH VICTORY TO PEACE), the reverse is plain and bears a horizontal pinback, measuring 42.23 mm (w) x 31.31 mm (h), very fine.
