A rectangular bar constructed of silver, the obverse bears the cipher “F.W. III.” (Friedrich Wilhelm III), on a pebbled background, the reverse is plain, and bears a magnetic metal backer with horizontal pinback, on a blue ribbon with white stripes, measuring 42.55 mm (w) x 28.75 mm (h), very fine.
