Germany, Heer. A Pair of Army Administrative Shoulder Boards

Constructed of a green wool base, the obverse bears four rows of interwoven silver/aluminum Russian braid, with a centred singular green cord and a gilded metal cipher “X”, light grey piping on three sides, the reverse is plain and shows the attachment prongs of the cipher,with buttoning hole, measuring 36.12 mm (w) x 112.70 mm (h), very fine.
