In silvered copper, voided, maker marked "DINGWALL" on the reverse, measuring 53 mm (w) x 55.7 mm (h), both lugs intact, scattered silvering wear, very light contact, better than very fine.
Footnote: The Battalion was raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba under the authority of G.O. 69, July 15, 1916. The Battalion sailed October 4, 1916, under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel J.Y. Reid with a strength of 32 officers and 890 other ranks. In England, the Battalion was absorbed into the 17th Reserve Battalion. It was disbanded on September 15, 1920.
