A circular wall plaque constructed of blackened iron, the obverse centre bears the image of Saint Christopher with a staff and a child on his shoulder, both of which have halos, to the right is the date “1937”, within a border circumscribed with “PANZERABWEHR ABTEILUNG 16 ST CHRISTOPHORUS FAHRT”, the obverse is plain and marked “M. M [indecipherable] KISZEL”, some rust apparent on the back, with loop to secure to wall, measuring 182 mm, weighing 1.009 grams, very fine.
