(Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber). An ovular badge constructed of silvered tombac, the obverse bears a helmet with a swastika superimposed over two upwards facing crossed swords on a pebbled background, encompassed by a laurel wreath tied with a ribbon at the bottom, the reverse bears a vertical pinback with squared flat catch, marked “30”, measuring 36.46 mm (w) x 43.90 (h), weighing 25.4, very fine.
