A cross paty with wave-ended cross arms constructed of gilded silver, the obverse centre bears a crowned monogram of Friedrich Wilhelm, the arms read “FÜR VERDIENST UND TREUE” (“FOR MERIT AND LOYALTY”), the reverse cross arms bear an identical inscription, and the centre of a crowned lion rampant, with loop for suspension on a red ribbon, measuring 41.01 mm (w) x 44.85 mm (h), restuck but very fine.
