A 1944 edition of “Kampfraum Böhmerwald”, constructed of a blue card stock binding, the exterior cover bearing conjoined coats of arms of Budweis, Prachatitz, Winterberg, and Krummau, overlaying a mobile swastika, above a black banner bearing an inscription of “KAMPFRAUM BÖHMERWALD”, the interior of the cover retains a label bearing an inscription of “UNSER BUCH, ARTHUR UND GERTRUD SEYß-INQUART” (“OUR BOOK, ARTHUR AND GERTRUD SEYß-INQUART”) indicating that the book was retrieved from the personal library of SS-Obergruppenführer Arthur Seyss-Inquart, the interior features 64 pages of black ink text presented with monochrome photographs, detailing the history of German inhabitants of Bohemia and issues pertaining to cultural and linguistic identity, published by Moldavia Publishing, Budweis, measuring 148 mm (w) x 202 mm (h), folding creases are evident to the cover and there is some age-appropriate material fatigue and soiling, in overall near extremely fine condition.
