OSANG, DRESDEN”, measuring 42.47 mm (w) x 52.92 mm (h), weighing 31.6 grams, accompanied by its period original presentation case, constructed of a card stock frame with a faux blue leather exterior liner, the exterior of the lid bearing a silvered inscription of “FALLSCHIRMSCHÜTZEN-ABZEICHEN”, the interior with a blue felt lid liner and intact hinge cover, with a slotted blue felt medal bed, opening with a functional spring catch with exterior stud release and a functional metal hinge, unmarked, measuring 74 mm (w) x 80 mm (l) x 26 mm (h), the badge has lost most of its gilt and silver finish and there is some material fatigue evident to the case, in overall better than very fine condition.
