(Ordensschnalle). A medal bar with two service decorations, including a NSDAP Long Service Medal, Bronze Grade for 10 Years, constructed of bronzed zink, on loop for suspension with its original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with ribbed arms, with sun rays emanating from the quadrants, the obverse overlaid by a central German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, within a circular oak leaf wreath, the reverse with a central raised inscription of “TREUE FÜR FÜHRER UND VOLK” (“LOYALTY FOR FÜHRER AND PEOPLE”), unmarked, measuring 42.16 mm (w) x 48.02 mm (h), most of the bronze finish has been lost and some oxidation is evident, in overall very fine condition, and; a West Wall Medal, constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a raised pillbox, topped by a crossed sword and shovel and a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of “FÜR ARBEIT ZUM SCHÜTZE DEUTSCHLANDS” (“FOR WORK IN THE DEFENCE OF GERMANY”), unmarked, measuring 33.42 mm (w) x 45.10 mm (h); both affixed to a 70 mm-long magnetic metal bar with a horizontal pinback and blue wool reverse liner, unmarked, in near extremely fine condition.
