Prussia, Kingdom. A Patriotic Metz Shooting Badge; A circular badge constructed of gilded bronze with silver components, two-piece construction, the obverse centre bears a crowned woman clutching a sword in one hand and a flag staff in the other, in front of her is a Metz coat of arms, encompassed by a black enamel border with an oak and laurel leaf wreath, the centre is cut out and shows two crossed rifles, the reverse is plain and bears six attachment prongs for the obverse centre, measuring 40.60 mm (w) x 51.73 mm (h);

Prussia, Kingdom. A Shooting Award; Rupert’s cross paty constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse centre bears the image of a horn, rifle, sword, target, flagstaff and an oak tree, the reverse bears the inscription “Schützenkönig 1903”, rays lay in the quadrants between the cross arms, with crown suspension, measuring 35.59 mm (w) x 54.75 mm (h), both very fine.
