Miniature medal bar containing: Military Cross, composed of silver, reverse is plain, measures 22.25mm(w) x 24.58mm (h – inclusive of integral ring), worn on original ribbon, dark patina, very fine condition; British War Medal, composed of silver, measures 18.32mm in diameter, worn on original ribbon attached to large brooch pin on reverse, very fine condition; Victory Medal, composed of bronze gilt, measures 18.03mm (w) x 22.35mm (h – inclusive of integral ring), worn on original ribbon attached to long brooch pin on reverse, very fine condition.

Accompanied by a miniature case, composed wood and red leatherette, interior presents a crème coloured silk interior stamped with makers mark SPINK & SONS, crème coloured velvet medalbed, measures 38.15mm (w) x 77.19mm (h) x 21.20mm (d) , hinge and clasp in working order, wear and scuffing to exterior, very fine condition; a letter dated May 10 1917 addressed to “Lee”, creased into six segments, very fine condition.
