Two Mexican official documents from the 19th century, consisting of:
1. A document dated August 17, 1833, which grants the military status of Retirement with Merit to Juan de Dios Pera, in recognition of the services provided to the Mexican armed forces, presenting the original signature of Vice-president Valentin Gomez Farias, and period seals of the Mexican government between 1833 and 1834, with strong, general contact, fair.
2. An award certificate dated April 10, 1865, which grants the Imperial Order of Guadalupe - Grand Officer to Juan de Dios Pera, the document presents original signature of Emperor Maximiliano and period seal of the Second Mexican Empire. The document is contained in a black frame with front glass, measuring 533 mm (w) x 370 mm (h), light contact, very good condition.
