Germany, Third Reich. A Bergbau Belt Buckle

(Bergbau Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of polished bronze, the obverse bearing a raised crossed hammer and pickaxe, the reverse with a visible rivet and nut securing the obverse adornment in place, with a loop and dual attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 88 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
