Three-piece construction, in silver gilt with red, white, light blue and black enamels, measuring 39 mm (w) x 58.5 mm (w) inclusive of its integral ring, tiny chip evident in the white enamels on the reverse of the lighthouse, otherwise the enamels are intact, missing its ring and ribbon, near extremely fine.
Footnote: The award was originally instituted in 1920 as the Commemorative Decoration of the Estonian Red Cross by the Estonian Society of the Red Cross. It was revised in 1926 and became an official state award on October 7, 1936 as the Order of the Estonian Red Cross.
