Germany, SS. A Dress Uniform Armband

(SS Armband). A high quality, early example in red wool, the exterior bordered by black rayon-blended bands at both the top and bottom, with a central white rayon blended disc measuring 92 mm in diameter, bearing a multi-piece black mobile swastika, the interior retaining an intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label bearing a maker code of “A4/189” and a secondary code of “201388”, unstitched and measuring 535 mm (l) x 118 mm (h), sporadic mothing holes and moderate soiling are evident, in overall very fine condition.
