A Maltese cross of bronze and multi-coloured enamels, the obverse bears an “I” on a shield in red and white enamels, superimposed over an anchor and a crossed axe and shovel, the cross arms are of white enamel, the reverse is plain and bears a screw back with a plain plate, measuring 48.34 mm, very fine.
