Germany, SS. A Waffen-SS EM/NCO’s Belt Buckle

(Waffen-SS Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a central raised SS-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed swastika, within a pebbled and ribbed ring bearing a raised inscription of “MEINE EHRE HEIßT TREUE” (“MY HONOUR IS LOYALTY”), the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, maker marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code “822/32” for an unconfirmed manufacturer, also bearing a raised SS insignia, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), some scratching evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
