Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, the obverse bearing a silvered insignia in the form of a M07-style Norwegian national lion rampant clutching an axe, secured to the tab with three pieces of stitching, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
