A WWI regimental badge of the 2nd Polish republic in silver with red enamels, reverse with a functional screwback, measures 39.95 mm in diameter, in very good conditions

 

Footnote: Regimental badge of the II Polish Republic First Cadre Company of the chief marshal Jozef Pilsudskion the badge is the inscription: 1st Cadre Company, eagle, initials J & P (Jozef Pilsudski), and date of 6 VIII 1914, when the Company marched out 6 August 1914 from Austro-Hungarian Empire in the direction of Miechow, in MichaƂowice overthrowing the Russian border posts.
