The service certificate is named to Arbeitsmann (labourer) Heinz Dagott, born February 21, 1919 in Herrnwalde (present day Panský, northern Czech Republic), stating that he fulfilled his mandatory Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD = National Labour Service) from November 2, 1938 to March 25, 1939 with detachment 6/13 “Feldmarschall von Coubiere” in Neufriedrichsrode, East Prussia (present day Tarassowka, Russia, Kaliningrad Oblast). Dated to March 25, 1939.

Measuring 315 mm (w) x 472 mm (h), presenting light creasing of the edges, remains better than very fine.
