Constructed of gilded zink, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, around an upward-pointing winged arrow, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the bottom of the wreath with dual integral loops accommodating a star hanger, flanked by laurel leaves, the reverse with a central visible rivet securing in place the obverse arrow, with a barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 76.54 mm (w) x 26.26 mm (h), weighing 25.4 grams, minor loss of finish evident, in near extremely fine condition.
