Germany, Waffen-SS. A Standarte Germania Shoulder Board

A single uniform removed Waffen-SS Standarte Germania Untersturmführer to Hauptsturmführer narrow type shoulder board; constructed of three rows of twisted silver aluminum bullion wires wrapped around a fabric core, formed into a U-shape, and placed onto a black wool underside that pretrudes on the sides to reveal the black SS Waffenfarbe; with a SS-Standarte Germania shoulder board cypher placed onto the twisted wires; cardstock core; RZM-SS Tagged with a fabric tab; constructed of black and white rayon embroidery, reading “RZM 463/36 SS” on the reverse; measuring 114 mm x 25 mm; uniform removed; in near mint condition.
