In sterling silver with red, white and blue enamels, marked "STERLING", maker marked "AUG. G. FRANK CO. PHILA. PA." and engraved "LESTER C. CRENNER COMMANDER ME. DEPT. S. OF U.V.C.W. 1955-56", measuring 32.5 mm in diameter, intact enamels, original ribbon with pinback, extremely fine.
