In silver gilt, number engraved "50" on the reverse, measuring 20 mm (w) x 21.7 mm (h), scattered gilt wear, original ribbon suspended from a hanger inscribed "ST. NICHOLAS" with button hole attachment, engraved in running script "C. Yates Wemple. Sept. 4. 1871." on the button hole attachment, near extremely fine.
