Saxony, Kingdom. A Silver Marksmanship Medal

(Schützenabzeichen in Silber). Constructed of silver, the obverse with a raised rightward-facing profile of King Albert of Saxony, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a central inscription of “DEM BESTEN SCHÜTZEN” (“TO THE BEST MARKSMEN”, within an oak leaf wreath, measuring 33.68 mm in diameter, weighing 20.6 grams, in better than very fine condition.
