An 1873 Vienna Red Cross Society medal, the obverse with a raised rightward-facing profile of Kaiserin August, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a central Geneva Cross above an inscription of “WIEN 1873”, surrounded by an oak leaf wreath, the obverse maker marked “LOOS”, measuring 43 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
