Two-piece construction, in bronze gilt with red and blue enamels, measuring 27 mm (w) x 29 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, original ribbon suspended from a hanger in bronze gilt with blue enamels and inscribed "PAST COMMANDER", the hanger maker marked "MARTINETT CO. BOSTON" on the reverse, intact enamels, scattered gilt wear, near extremely fine.
